CleanWave Restaurant at Wagmatcook Culture & Heritage Centre is in immediate need of a Sous Chef. The successful candidate will provide guidance to all culinary employees and ensure goals are achieved. Must demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills to provide the restaruant with the ability to maintain and execute high standards of quality with quick service. 

Qualifications:

*  Minimum of three years experience.
*  Experience in executing consistent and high quality menu items.
*  Knowledge of food and food trends.
*  Well organized and excel at multi tasking.
